Shannon Copfer Brace is a UX designer currently working on customer education at JW Player, an online video platform that helps publishers and agencies activate their audiences and customers with powerful, easy-to-use video technology. Shannon believes that learning user research connects designers more powerfully and effectively with the users they serve, and created the Empathy Jam as a way to practice deepening that connection.
